Alexa is an artist has a great eye for decorating, as you can see in her home. Zac and Alexa love vintage items and quirky things. They are a super cool, down to earth couple. They wanted to stop by their favorite spot, Kirby’s (an arcade bar) to take a few photos as well, as the bar is very important to them.
Zac messaged me on Facebook and we’ve talked literally every day since!
No matter what is thrown at us, we adapt and go with the flow. We know we are in this together and taking a fun vacation every year definitely helps.
Probably when Zac was in a motorcycle accident. I’m a nurse so I felt the NEED to take care of him and he let me and it kind of jump started our relationship.
We went to Chicago in May of this year for a concert. Apparently, he carried the ring in his pocket all weekend and wasn’t exactly sure when he would pop the question. On our last full day there, we went to the Navy Pier and he pretended to take a picture of us with his Bluetooth (which was actually a video) and surprised the crap out of me!
So when he proposed, he gave me a classic solitaire. About a month ago, my diamond was loose and he had to take it in to get the prongs tightened. When I got it back, the day of our engagement/house warming party, it was the same diamond, but in a custom built beauty that I’m totally obsessed with! He had it planned all along and it just wouldn’t have been complete by the time he wanted to propose.
Yes and no. You don’t realize how expensive and how much goes into it until you actually start planning. We have the date, the venue and I have my dress so I think we’re doing good!
