This photo shoot includes two wonderful people, Esdras and Olivia, at Rollins College, which provided a vintage Spanish feel and look to their engagement photos.
We met on a dating site about 2 years ago. Esdras reached out to me first and asked me on a date and we made plans to meet at Top Golf. When we first met, we were both a little quiet but we began to get comfortable with one another pretty quick. We had such a great time at Top Golf, we decided to go out afterwards for dinner. We both went to Carrabba’s Italian Grill for dinner and drinks. After that day, we have been together ever since.
Olivia: For me, I enjoy the adventures we have together. We both love to travel and love to try new foods whether we cook ourselves or try a new restaurant. He is my little daredevil, I can almost convince him to do anything with me… I’ve been trying to get him to go skydiving as it’s definitely on my bucket list. But we have gone on several trips together and experienced a lot as a couple.
Esdras: For me, I love that we are both sports fans and love pushing each other to our limits. We love to go to romantic dinners and spending time together watching movies. We enjoy each other’s humor.
God told us both that we were meant to be together. Strangely, we both had 2 separate dreams that we were meant to be together.
The proposal was planned. Esdras planned to perform the proposal in a hot air balloon. Unfortunately, he was not able to do the proposal he wanted due to the COVID-19 state shut downs. So he got down on one knee in our kitchen and asked me to marry him. It wasn’t a surprise because we had gone out together to look at different rings before the state shutdown, so I knew it was coming.
Its a light heart 2 ct. tw. lab grown diamond ring in 14k white gold. Its a halo ring with one oval diamond in the center, 30 diamonds surrounding this diamond and several diamonds on the band.
We are just excited to see how all our planning will come together. It’s been difficult planning a wedding within 3 months, so we are excited to see how all of our hard work will pay off.
