Sean and Dana are a super cute couple that compliment each other in every way. While Dana is very detail oriented, organized and must have a written plan, Sean is very relaxed, goes with the flow, carefree, and usually late. Dana teases him to no end about this. While they are super goofy, they always have supported each other to achieve job promotions, travel, and get out of their comfort zones. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or out of the country, Dana and Sean push each other to expand their horizons.
The couple met on facebook, but really connected during a weekend getaway to a B&B in the mountains of Pennsylvania. As they hiked up and down the mountains, Dana constantly catered to Sean and made sure he was enjoying himself and had everything that he needed. It was at that moment Sean knew that Dana was the one.
Sean planned a surprise proposal in a pumpkin patch in Delaware. Sean invited Dana and his parents to a pumpkin patch and as they were picking pumpkins, Sean wrote “Marry Me” on one of the pumpkins and put the ring on the pumpkin. When Dana wandered over, Sean asked: “Which pumpkin do you like best?” Sean got down on one knee and proposed. The couple has a date 9/18/20 and a baker (Baked by Dan), a famous cake baker on the Food Network. The rest is still a work in progress, but they checked off the engagement shoot thanks to J&J Studios. We wish this couple the best and see a bright future ahead for both of them! Congratulations to the happy couple!
We met through Facebook. Sean commented on one of Dana’s Facebook status’s. Our first date was getting ice cream.
Our relationship is special because we compliment each other. Dana is very detail oriented, organized and plans out everything. Sean is very relaxed, goes with the flow, carefree and usually late. We love to travel! Whether it is out of the country or just a weekend getaway. We both have the same goals and dreams. We have both pushed and supported each other in getting our promotions. We are able to act super goofy and not be embarrassed.
(Dana) I knew Sean was the one for me over some time. I am very reserved and do not open up that easy. However, Sean never gave up and was successful. Sean understands how to love me, which is not very easy. I have a big heart but the one I gave it to forever, needed to prove to me that I would be supported, safe and secure.
(Sean) I knew Dana was the one for me on our first trip together. We stayed at a B&B in the mountains of PA. We had a long day of hiking. I could tell all he cared about was making sure I was enjoying myself and had everything I needed. He showed me I was important, he made me feel safe, happy challenged and supported. That’s when I knew he was the one.
The pumpkin patch in Delaware (Coleman’s Farm Middletown, DE)This was a surprise and a very hard one at that. There isn’t much you can hide from Dana and he usually finds out about everything. But I had his parents invite us down to go pumpkin picking. They live in Delaware. While he was off looking for pumpkins with his mom, I picked out 3 pumpkins. I wrote “Marry me?” on one of the pumpkins and place his ring on the other one. When he wandered over to me, as he approached the pumpkins, I asked him which one he liked best. When he came over to choose, he saw the ring and I got on one knee and proposed.
Both of our rings were purchased at Sisters Jewelry in Mullica Hill NJ. Dana’s ring is a custom design. It has about 2 carats of diamonds. 29 in total. It is made with a 14k white gold band.
Dana is much more excited than Sean about the planning of the wedding. We have a date 9/18/20 and we have the person doing our cake (Baked by Dan out of Havertown, you might have seen him on the food network.) Still a lot of planning left. First on the list was the engagement shoot and we have that checked off thanks to J&J Photography!
