A few months back, I shot an elopement at the Southern Dunes Golf Course in Indianapolis, IN. I immediately fell in love with the venue. It’s a stunning little piece of southern charm tucked away in the heart of the big city. The landscaping is full of luscious greenery with vivid pops of color. The exterior boasts beautiful wraparound redwood porches complimented by elegant white railing and second story balconies. The interior has lovely hardwood floors, bright windows and warm Edison bulb lighting. I knew instantly that I wanted to create a shoot to highlight this place, but I also knew I wanted it to be special.

Even though they’d gotten married in 2015 – April 28, 2019 was the first time Jacqueline ever tried on a wedding dress and she happily told me it would also be the last. The love they share radiated in their photos that day and served as a reminder.
