From the Photographer

I shot this wedding the day before Covid took its toll on the South Florida wedding industry. The weekend after this wedding, all my weddings postponed.

Tell us about your wedding! What was the inspiration behind your day? Did you have a specific theme, style or color palette?

Hand sanitizers, fist pumps and and air kisses. We were the last pre-covid wedding. (and most importantly noone got sick from the wedding)

Let’s talk wedding decor. How did you decorate your space for the ceremony and the reception?

We wanted the aesthetic to feel overwhelmingly classic, simple, and refreshed. Our chuppah and table were adorned with stunning white flowers, with subtle notes of cream.

Did you personalize the day in any way (food trucks, guest entertainment etc.)? What were some of your favorite parts of your wedding?

Piggies in the blanket! We had an amazing cocktail hour with serving stations, passed hors d’oeuvres and live music. The best part about it was that we made sure and bridge and groom to be included in the cocktail hour with all our guests.

Let’s talk fashion. How did you both choose your wedding day look? Describe the looks in detail.

Simple, elegant, and clean. Black and white for everyone.

How did you meet? Tell us about the proposal.

We met through mutual friends and were in love within weeks. The proposal took place in Palm Beach and was followed by a surprised engagement party.

What was the most anticipated or special moment of your wedding day?

The first dance was our most special moment. We were in a room full of 200 people but the dance felt so intimate and pure.

Do you have any wedding planning or marriage advice that you’d like to share with other couples planning their day?

Don’t sweat the small stuff and enjoy being in love!
