The day called for rain…no surprise there… the month of May has been nothing but rain so far, however the rain and over cast skies have not prevented me from capturing such amazing photos of my couples. I was in contact with Brooke and Conor as well as their vendor team throughout the weeks leading up to their wedding. Everyone was on the same page to be sure their day ran smoothly. I packed up my bubble umbrellas in the case of a downpour, but we didn’t need them! The rain stayed away for most of the day allowing Brooke and Conor to be married in front of their closest friends and family outside with a beautiful view of the harbor.
Brooke walked down the aisle with her dad to Conor who was standing under a beautiful arch that had their wedding flowers nicely placed on the top and side. Tears fell from his eyes as he watched his high school sweetheart walk toward him. His brothers next to him providing the most loving support. It brought tears to my eyes watching the love between brothers being shared at this amazing moment during the wedding day. I can only hope my boys support each other the way they did to one another. It truly was the sweetest thing. Throughout the wedding day so many sweet bridesmaids and friends of this amazing couple came up to us and thanked us for being there. Could our job be any more rewarding? Sometimes I just don’t understand how we lucked out with such incredible clients. I’m so thankful!
