From the Photographer

We are unsure about many things in life, but there’s one thing we have absolutely no doubt about: the Amalfi Coast is literally a piece of heaven on earth. Everything is very magical here in Naples, especially on the Amalfi coast in this special little village called, Ravello. Ravello became an important part of the Maritime Republic of Amalfi in the 9th century and remained so until the 12th century, when it began to decline following an attack from Pisa. From those wealthy times, it has maintained a series of palazzi belonging to the families of noble merchants.

In Ravello you can feel the smell of the sea, “breath” its history and enjoy friendly people. The beauty of these places is the gorgeous view of the coast which triumphantly meets the blue sea with the small boats on the surface. It’s like a painting, with stunning colors that only this land has. In this beautiful setting we took shots of a very special wedding. This lovely couple, Francesca and Gem, chose this setting for their special day.

The view from the Terrace of Infinity (where Francesca got ready) is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful sceneries you’ll ever see in your life. The bridesmaids, once again made this moment so special and funny. They wore elegant light-blue dresses which were perfectly combined with the amazing colors of Ravello and the color motive of this wedding. Francesca was a beautiful princess in this room. Her face was radiating happiness.

After this lovely moment with the bridesmaids, it was time for the ceremony. The celebration was held in the garden of Villa Eva. A splendid villa in late liberty style, with a protracted harmonic outline has been redecorated with care and respect of the original style and has always been an ideal location for romantic and beautiful weddings like this one. Our beautiful bride and groom enjoyed their wedding under the blue sky of Ravello… it was like living a never-ending dream.
