There’s honestly so much to write about Chris and Kendra’s love story. These two are both graphic designers who attended UC’s DAAP and together, reside in Cambridge, MA. They planned their wedding in the fall at the newly restored venue, The Benison, in the fall of 2019. Kendra and Chris poured so much love for both each other and design into their wedding. They chose the Benison for their venue because they both loved the stunning and unique architecture, then built a geometric alter to match! These two are filled with so much fun and joy, Chris even played a song for Kendra on a Ukulele during the ceremony. Chris and Kendra actually have a taco blog together, where they blog all of their favorite tacos across their travels. It was only fitting that on their wedding day, they stopped at a taco truck (with taco socks to match)!
My favorite moment from the day was a really sentimental one- Chris lost his father at a young age, and on his way to his father’s funeral he actually blew his tire and ended up being late. On Chris’s wedding day he stopped by his father’s grave and asked him if he could just give him a sign he was with him. As Chris pulled up to do his first look with Kendra, he got a flat tire. We were all filled with tears as him groomsmen helped him change his tire, as we knew Chris’s father was there with them!
