From the Photographer

This wedding was full of good times with traditional Polynesian dancing and customs. It started off with a beautiful ceremony on the outside patio of the Utah state capitol. The dinner and reception were held in the grand rotunda of the capitol. The bride had the designers incorporate mini pineapples into the ceremony arch and into the table decor in order to celebrate her Italian heritage. The pineapple means good luck to the Italians. The grooms Tongan heritage was celebrated with leis and traditional Tongan dances, such as the money dance, by family members and friends. The groom even got a little cheeky and creamed the bride with cake but don’t worry the bride got him back. At the end of the night, bride and groom were sent off with ribbon wands down the capitol steps.
