From the Photographer

The coronavirus has not made it easy for this military couple to come together! Brycen and Vanessa got engaged on her birthday while Brycen was home on leave just as he had planned, and that’s about as much as went right with the wedding! Brycen is serving in the Navy and was planning on coming home on leave for their engagement shoot, but because of the virus, no military leave was granted… they had their engagement shoot two days before the wedding. The day before the ceremony, their officiant had to cancel, because he had to be admitted to the hospital. So many other little things were affected as well, but they were finally married at an old refurbished pumpkin canning factory in Eureka, IL, one of the few venues still allowing brides to operate with their full invitation list. No matter all the setbacks, the wedding was beautiful! The couple did not have a honeymoon, as Brycen needed to head back to his post soon after the wedding.
