The historic and lush grounds of Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens in Akron, OH set the scene for this seasonal styled photoshoot. The notable country estate is one of the largest homes in the United States and was once the private residence of F.A. & Gertrude Seiberling, founder of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. The picturesque estate encompasses 70 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and versatile settings which supplied all of the elements needed to create a gorgeous backdrop. This styled photoshoot included two brides and grooms, four bridal party members, and endless breathtaking shots.
We were inspired by modern bohemian vibes mixed with rich textures and autumn colors. Something White; A Bridal Boutique provided simplistic wedding dresses with beautiful details that contrasted from the rich green foliage on the grounds. The first bride wore a fitted gown with a high neckline and short sleeves. The second bride modeled a gown with a sweetheart neckline, lace overlay and a sweeping train. The grooms and groomsmen rocked a layered look with textured, patterned jackets and vests. This, paired with a slim pant and a tie or bowtie, contributed to the contemporary style of the photoshoot.
The bridal bouquets styled by Dietz Falls Florist featured subtle autumn colors, with pops of burnt orange, pastel pink, soft yellow, and fresh greens. The brides wore beautiful floral headpieces to complement their bouquets, and the groom and groomsmen sported boutonnieres to match. Bella Bronze Studios made sure our ladies were wedding-ready by creating beautiful hairstyles on the brides and bridesmaids, including textured braids and subtle volume. The makeup looks were elegant but natural, playing into the bohemian theme.
