The Casino in San Clemente is full of history (Hollywood History) The perfect little hot spot by the sea. In its heyday it was home to many a celebrity that would come and dance the night away under the stars listening to big band music. Built in 1937 and modeled after the Casino (dance hall) on Catalina Island. The Casino features many locations on its property to host special events. Hence becoming the perfect place to have a photographer shoot out. When Creative Director Jessica Schmuckle asked Touched by Time Vintage Rentals to be a part of this shoot for Styled Shoots Across America, we jumped at the chance. The Casino has all the desired elements and qualities that we were looking for. We were so excited to bring our vintage goodies to a place with so much charm.

We teamed up with several awesome vendors for this collaboration It is so much fun when creatives get together and make magic happen. The weather was splendid. The colors for the shoot were chosen by nature of the sea. Shades of blues and greens with little pops of coral. We worked together and set the scene for over 20 photographers to come and do what they love most, Photograph. They were able to finish up the day of shooting by walking on over to The Mission at San Juan Capistrano. The Mission is so very rich in History and filled with beautiful architecture. I remember when I was young we use to come to the mission to see the swallows. If you are ever in the area you should stop by and see these places, you won’t be disappointed.
