Summer Vineyard Wedding in Virgina

The Virginia countryside is the perfect place to celebrate summer weddings and elopements. In designing this inspirational romantic vineyard wedding, inspired by the celebration of a summer love affair in a bold burgundy and green color palette that shows that dark colors can be just as moody and beautiful in the summer as in the fall.

The backdrop for this stunning intimate elopement was Kalero Vineyard, beautiful 130-acre farm and vineyard, located in Purcellville, Virginia with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge mountains. Happy to share these inspirational stunning images perfect for any newly engaged couples who wish to celebrate their summer love in enchanting DC wine country. With summer in full bloom, I wanted to juxtapose all the greenery with some deep burgundy premium stems like red peonies, ranunculus, a mix of African summer flowers, red protea, and naturally dried eucalyptus, pampas grass and feathers.

The pampas grass with its dried, natural color, it’s very reminiscent of summer with its tall, natural stems that made you feel like you are running through the summer fields full of wild, beautiful flowers, and then coming up down the hill to a beautiful field of blooming vineyard. I partnered with DC Wedding Photographer, Brooke Silverman, of Brooke Silverman Photography along with some of the best in our local network of wedding professionals here in Loudoun County, Hunt Country Celebration, to bring this stunning and intimate elopement to life.
