The Hostful Hive | Hosting The Perfect Event
I remember the days as a young child sitting with my Grandmothers as they taught me the do’s and don’ts of entertaining. How to set a proper table. Offering your guests a refreshing beverage or cocktail 😉 as they enter your home. They really did know it all. When you’re young, you often don’t realize what experts your elders really are, but as I’ve grown older, I see more and more every day how truly gifted they both were in welcoming guests into their homes.
I like to think I have some craftiness and skill in me, but entertaining in a stylish way is a gift… an expertise not many have perfected. However, the ladies of The Busy Bee Events & Design have perfected it in such a special way and now they are sharing their love for crafting and hosting with all of us. I have to say that these two ladies are some of the most stylish, professional and savvy gals I know… they style events of perfection and now they are hosting DIY workshops, known as the Hostful Hive, to help us girls, that are a little more challenged in that area, seem like we know what we’re doing 😉
The Hostful Hive is a collection of local DIY workshops intended to inspire the hostful at heart. The Hostful Hive provides the community an opportunity to craft, create and connect with others from all walks of life. At The Hostful Hive, they believe hospitality is intentional, yet subtle, and with a little planning and creativity, they can serve others well and with great love. Each creative workshop gives them the chance to create beautiful pieces to use while hosting future events for loved ones and can also serve as gifts for our favorite hostess!
